June was a fairly non-descript month. We went nowhere ‘relatively speaking’ and saw very little that was new. We did a fair bit of walking so that kept us occupied for some of the time. I also did a fair bit of ‘spring cleaning.’ We haven’t yet left the Gold Coast but the aim is to be further north by the end of July. But you never know where you are going to end up in the cruising game. We just live day by day and hope the dots line up –sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. Despite our non –descript month, I’ve used a lot of ‘description’ so Aboard Sengo June 2020 is a large file (14 Meg).
Great to see you both keeping active! The benefits for your health show as you both look fantastic. Hope you are able to log more miles in July, but only if you want to. You are optimizing your slow-travel pace.
Hi Lisa,
Great to hear from you! Thanks for your compliments. We do feel fitter, and probably as an adjunct to that, healthier, but we still have a way to go – but compared with what you and the Captain have gone through lately we definitely have nothing to complain about! Given the timing, the northern aim for this year at this point is Great Keppel Island and the Bunker Group….with lots of walks on the way, of course.
Great talking to you in the park yesterday. We will follow you with interest, especially your NZ adventure. Best wishes Annette & Scott
Hi Annette, It was great meeting you two too. We are around for a little while before we head north so our paths might cross again soon (pun intended). Cheers, Trish
