August was exhausting; thankfully mostly because we were doing things we enjoyed. The discovery at May’s Bay, however, was disconcerting and not enjoyable and we still haven’t fixed the issue. (see ‘Down time’, page 6). We didn’t do a lot of travelling as such; instead spending our time in specific locations for specific purposes. The winds, if they were there at all, were mostly southerlies (although one nasty northerly did appear whilst we were not on board – thankfully Sengo was on a mooring at the time).
